Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Belfast Transfers and Tours. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Pricing
All quoted prices are fixed and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are agreed at the time of booking and will not change. Additional charges may apply for significant route changes or extended waiting times beyond those caused by flight delays.
3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request a deposit for large bookings. Cash and bank transfer are accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations. In the event of force majeure (severe weather, civil unrest, etc.), Belfast Transfers and Tours will not be liable for cancellations beyond our control.
5. Airport Transfers
For airport arrivals, we track your flight and adjust pickup times for delays at no charge. For departures, we recommend allowing sufficient time to reach the airport. Belfast Transfers and Tours cannot be held responsible for missed flights where the customer has not allowed adequate travel time.
6. Tours
All tour itineraries are subject to change in exceptional circumstances (severe weather, road closures, attraction closures). We will endeavour to provide the best possible alternative arrangements. Attraction admission fees are not included in tour prices unless specifically stated.
7. Liability
Belfast Transfers and Tours maintains full public liability insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance.
8. Passenger Conduct
The driver reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, or endangers the safety of other passengers. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the vehicle.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
